Dangerous game hunting areas:
The Limpopo province features diverse habitats and vegetation and is characterized by its distinctive open Savannah, dominated by many Acacia species, such as Mopane woodlands and thorny thickets, offering a thrilling challenge for hunters.
The hunt typically involves walking and stalking, leading to close up encounters with one of Africa’s most dangerous animals.
Shooting distances sometimes range from 15 to 25 yards.
Tiny Ten
Five of the Tiny Ten can be found in our Soutpansberg region. Lianga Safaris has built a strong reputation for successfully hunting Sharpe’s greybok, red duiker, common grey duiker, steenbuck, and klipspringer.

Daily rates
Daily rates include:
- Service of a licensed professional hunter, trackers, skinners and camp staff
- Daily laundry services
- Accommodation with all meals and beverages
- Field preparation of trophies and delivery to the local taxidermist
Daily rates exclude:
- Animal trophy fee on animals kiled or wounded and lost
- Taxidermy fees, dipping, packing and shipping of trophies
- Sightseeing and day trips
- Tips and gratuities
- Hire of firearms and ammunition
- Government tax of 15% on daily rates
- CITES licenses and permits on required species
- Airport transfers, airfare, both local and international
Terms & Conditions:
- All payments are to be made in US Dollars
- A deposit of 50% of the total daily rates are required to reserve dates. The balance is payable 60 days before the commencement of the safari
- Deposit will not be refunded if the safari is cancelled 6 months or less before commencement. You can postpone your safari to an alternative date until the following calendar year. Any further cancellations result in a 100% forfeit.
- Balance of safari payable on completion. Cash and credit cards (3% fee on credit cards) accepted
- We do not accept American Express or traveller cheques.
